📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and financial reports for plantation operations.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure that financial planning aligns with strategic goals and operational needs.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including the Board of Directors.
Monitor and control budgetary expenditures to ensure compliance with budgetary limits.
Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the agribusiness sector.
Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in financial planning and analysis (e.g., CPA, CFA, or CMA) is a plus.
