In this role, you’ll collaborate with a diverse team of educators to create a dynamic learning experience that caters to the unique needs of each child. You’ll observe, document, and support children’s development, while also implementing our curriculum and engaging in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning activities that align with our curriculum and national early childhood education standards.
• Observe, document, and support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition between home and preschool.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of nutritious meals and snacks, adhering to dietary restrictions and allergies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment, following health and safety guidelines.
• Participate in professional development activities, such as workshops, training sessions, and staff meetings.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that celebrates diversity and promotes respect for all.
• Adhere to our school’s policies and procedures, including attendance, discipline, and emergency protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children aged 2-6 in a preschool or childcare setting.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPR/First Aid, Child Development Associate, or equivalent).
• Experience with play-based learning and child-centered approaches.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators and staff.
• Fluency in English, with basic knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
