📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate cyber risks.
• Monitor regulatory changes and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements into business processes.
• Lead training and awareness programs to enhance the organization's cybersecurity posture.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for cyber governance and risk management.
• Ensure the organization's compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR and PDP.
• Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with established policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISA, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Proficient in using GRC tools such as MetricStream, RSA Archer, or similar.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and NIST.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
