As part of our rapid expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Merchant Success Executive (EDC Sales Acquisition) to join our team in East Flores, East Nusa Tenggara. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in acquiring and onboarding new merchants for our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) solutions, ensuring they are set up for success with our cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service.

Our team in East Flores is at the forefront of our expansion, and we are looking for someone who can thrive in a challenging and rewarding environment. You will work closely with local merchants, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and helping them leverage our EDC solutions to streamline their financial operations. With a competitive salary of IDR 5,000,000 - 5,500,000 per month, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the financial landscape of East Flores.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect potential merchants in East Flores, building relationships and understanding their business needs.
• Acquire and onboard new merchants, ensuring they are fully equipped with our EDC solutions and understand the benefits of our services.
• Provide ongoing support and training to merchants, helping them maximize the value of our EDC solutions.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide feedback to ensure they are meeting their financial goals.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to increase merchant acquisition and retention.
• Conduct regular market research to identify trends and opportunities in the local business landscape.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of company-wide strategies.
• Represent BukuWarung at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the financial services industry, with a focus on EDC solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with the local business landscape in East Flores, including key players and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
