You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that maximize our reach and engagement on the platform.

As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist at PT PGC INDONESIA GROUP, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing a network of TikTok creators and influencers. You will work with these partners to create and promote our products and services, ensuring that our brand message is effectively communicated to our target audience. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of our affiliate marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize our strategies and achieve our business goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, recruit, and manage a network of TikTok creators and influencers to promote our products and services.
• Develop and implement affiliate marketing campaigns that drive engagement and maximize our reach on TikTok.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials for our affiliate partners.
• Track and analyze the performance of our affiliate marketing campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, highlighting the impact of our affiliate marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing, and apply this knowledge to our campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our affiliate partners, ensuring that they are satisfied with their experience working with us.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with other professionals in the field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a focus on social media platforms like TikTok.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing an affiliate network.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Proficiency in using affiliate marketing tools and platforms, such as TikTok Creator Center, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
