📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality materials and components.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for cost savings and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, including supplier management, negotiation, and contract management.
• Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality standards is a plus.
