Stripe is looking for a talented People Analytics Analyst & Business Partner to join our team in Dublin or London. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with data and wants to make a real impact on our people strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to our workforce, and using this information to inform and support our business decisions. You will also be working closely with our business partners to understand their needs and provide insights that can help them succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Analyze and interpret data related to our workforce to inform and support our business decisions.
  • Work closely with our business partners to understand their needs and provide insights that can help them succeed.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics related to our workforce.
  • Identify trends and patterns in our data to inform our people strategy.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to our leadership team to improve our people practices.
  • Collaborate with our HR team to ensure that our data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in people analytics.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong background in analytics, with experience using tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience working with HR data and understanding of HR metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Passion for using data to drive business success.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
