📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver high-quality language services to clients, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
• Perform operational tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and administrative support.
• Drive to and from client locations efficiently and safely, adhering to all traffic regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service deliveries.
• Assist in the organization and management of language materials and resources.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field-based role, preferably in language services or operations.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.
• Proficient in Indonesian language, with additional language skills an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with basic office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
