- Conduct field visits to collect overdue payments from customers.
- Negotiate settlements and payment plans with customers.
- Document all interactions and transactions using Home Credit Collection System.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with the collection team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Report on collection activities and provide updates to the management team.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or customer service.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Home Credit Collection System or similar software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
