📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the Plosoklaten, Kediri region.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 10-15 staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is consistently high.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business development.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and Shariah principles, maintaining the integrity and reputation of BTPN Syariah.
• Collaborate with regional managers and other departments to align business objectives with overall company goals.
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvement initiatives and best practice sharing.
• Represent BTPN Syariah at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of Islamic banking principles and Shariah-compliant financial products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
