📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Inspect finished products to identify defects and ensure they meet quality specifications.,Conduct quality audits and inspections to maintain and improve quality standards.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff.,Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Work closely with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all quality control documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.,Proven experience in leading quality control teams and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
