Watsons is seeking a highly experienced Senior Industrial Relations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with our employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and addressing any industrial relations issues that may arise. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement industrial relations strategies to promote a positive work environment and high employee engagement.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to understand employee concerns and needs.,Negotiate and manage collective bargaining agreements with employee representatives.,Provide guidance and support to the HR team on industrial relations matters.,Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.,Address and resolve industrial relations issues, including grievances, disputes, and conflicts.,Build and maintain strong relationships with employee representatives and trade unions.,Represent the company in negotiations with government agencies and other stakeholders on industrial relations matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial relations, with at least 3 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.,Proven track record of successfully managing industrial relations issues and improving employee engagement.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Certification in industrial relations or a related field is a plus.
