Jawala Plantation Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Executive to join our team in Badung, Bali. This is a camp-based position, offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our plantation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the plantation, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, as well as local and international financial standards.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the payroll process, including processing salaries, bonuses, and other employee benefits.,Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the efficiency and profitability of the plantation.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management, including the CEO and CFO.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the plantation or agriculture industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, and financial reporting.,Proficient in using financial software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
