Fresh Tech Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for quality and service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.,Manage and train staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's high standards of service and cleanliness.,Monitor and control food and beverage costs to ensure profitability.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure the restaurant's reputation for quality and service is maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing a team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu planning and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
