Design and develop training programs that align with company goals and objectives.Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs.Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to facilitate their learning and development.Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using training management software and tools.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Certifications in training and development are a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
