Sumber Elsa Bakery is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Admin to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient service for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Managing store inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained.

Processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery.

Assisting in the preparation of daily specials and promotions.

Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.

Ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained.

Assisting in the training and development of new staff members.

Providing excellent customer service and addressing any complaints or issues.

Assisting in the organization of store events and special occasions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.

Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficient in using computer software and spreadsheet programs.

Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Passionate about baking and committed to delivering high-quality products.
