Lingkungan Joko Tea is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee and optimize our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tea production and a passion for quality and efficiency. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our mission of providing the best quality tea products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the tea production process from start to finish.,Ensure that all production activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company standards and regulations.,Monitor and maintain the quality of the tea products.,Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to meet customer demands and expectations.,Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures in the production area.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and mentor a team of production workers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in tea production or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of tea production processes and quality standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.,Proficiency in using office software and production management tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
