Town Urban Nusantara is seeking a talented and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns promptly.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting products.,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of service and productivity.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outlet.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure consistent brand standards and policies are followed.,Report on outlet performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or outlet management role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Ability to travel to the outlet location as needed.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
