As a Procurement Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company has the necessary resources to operate efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from identifying the need for goods and services to the final delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including identifying needs, developing specifications, and negotiating contracts.,Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.,Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities align with the company's strategic goals.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
