📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage and coordinate a team of operational staff.
  • Implement and monitor operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all staff and visitors in the workplace.
  • Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software is a plus.
