📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales plan to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives to ensure consistent performance and success.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
