📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales counter, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to maintain high standards of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales revenue.,Monitor and track sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and customer service software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English as an added advantage.
