Quick Shop Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Receptionist to join our team in Lamongan, Jawa Timur. As the Lead Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and a key player in ensuring a positive customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional demeanor.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and courteously.,Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer service.,Train and mentor junior receptionists.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.,Promote our products and services to customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
