📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Lead and mentor HR staff to maintain high performance standards.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
