Star Royal Pratama is looking for a dedicated and responsible Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and on-site.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitoring and patrolling the premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.
  • Enforcing security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.
  • Conducting regular security checks and inspections of the premises.
  • Responding to security incidents and emergencies, including coordinating with law enforcement if necessary.
  • Managing access control systems and ensuring only authorized personnel have access to restricted areas.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion in all interactions with visitors and staff.
  • Providing assistance to staff and visitors as needed, including directing traffic and providing information.
  • Preparing and maintaining security reports and documentation.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school education.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in security guard duties or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.
  • Valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
  • Knowledge of security systems and equipment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
