📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient fleet operations.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records of all fleet activities.,Schedule routine maintenance and inspections for all vehicles.,Oversee the procurement and disposal of fleet assets.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance status.,Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Experience with budgeting and financial management is a plus.
