Tanggung Jawab:
Teach Economics courses as part of the IB Diploma Programme, including Higher Level and Standard Level.Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the IB curriculum and learning objectives.Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support.Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Economics and the IB curriculum, incorporating new knowledge and resources into teaching practices.Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and community engagement initiatives.Contribute to the professional development of the school and its students by staying informed about best practices in education.Foster a love for learning and critical thinking skills in students, preparing them for success in higher education and beyond.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or a related field.Experience teaching Economics at the secondary or high school level, preferably within the IB Diploma Programme.Strong knowledge of the IB Diploma Programme Economics curriculum and assessment criteria.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage students.Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student growth and development.Commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in education.Passion for Economics and a dedication to helping students achieve their full potential.Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.🛠️ Keahlian
