As our Dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving our sales and marketing efforts in Bali. You will work on various projects, from developing marketing campaigns to identifying new sales opportunities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer engagement.
• Manage and analyze sales and marketing data to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
• Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
