📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales teams to meet customer demands and orders.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and customer interactions.,Identify and resolve any issues related to product distribution.,Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on distribution performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Contribute to the development and implementation of distribution strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong understanding of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of ERP or distribution management systems is a plus.,Familiarity with the local market and customer base is an advantage.
