📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report on operational efficiency.,Train and develop warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of inventory management systems and processes.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff.,Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.
