Cemerlang Technology is looking for a Deputy Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will work closely with the Training Officer to ensure the success of our training initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs and materials,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and support to employees,Coordinate with the Training Officer to ensure the success of training initiatives,Maintain training records and reports,Stay updated with the latest training trends and best practices,Assist in the development of new training programs and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other training software,Familiarity with training methodologies and techniques,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
