Life Home Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated and experienced Captain to lead our team in providing exceptional care and services to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and a passion for creating a welcoming and supportive environment. This is a full-time position located in Dili, with a competitive salary of Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 9.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained,Develop and implement care plans for residents, in collaboration with the care team,Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive appropriate medical treatment,Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records,Organize and supervise staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage,Foster a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff,Handle resident complaints and address any issues that arise,Participate in staff training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or senior care facility,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Proficiency in Indonesian and Tetun,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation,Experience in managing budgets and resources
