📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in managing and coordinating team activities.,Ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.,Drive team performance and productivity.,Support the Team Leader in developing and implementing team strategies.,Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to the Team Leader.,Assist in training and mentoring team members.,Handle team communication and coordination with other departments.,Support the Team Leader in resolving team conflicts and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in relevant field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with team performance metrics and KPIs.,Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or electronics industry is a plus.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.
