Hokian Elsa Auto Service is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Belawan. We are a well-established auto service center with a strong reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the service center. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the service center.
  • Manage the team of mechanics and ensure they are working efficiently.
  • Ensure all services are performed to the highest standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Manage the inventory of spare parts and ensure they are stocked appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and services.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports for the Store Manager.
  • Ensure the service center is clean and well-maintained.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the auto service industry.
  • Proven track record of managing a team of mechanics.
  • Strong knowledge of auto mechanics and repair procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
