📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve store performance targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
