This is a full-time position located in Binjai, Sumatera Utara, offering a competitive salary package of Rp 3.000.000 – Rp 4.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the procurement process, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement documents, including purchase orders, invoices, and reports.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
  • Conduct vendor performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
  • Support the procurement team in achieving cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement laws and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement department as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
