📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and reconcile daily financial transactions using QuickBooks and Xero
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Support the accounting team in audits and tax preparations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections
- Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate environment
- Proficient in using QuickBooks and Xero
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations is a plus
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
