📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and implement agricultural development programs tailored to the needs of local smallholder farmers.,Conduct field visits and assessments to understand the challenges and opportunities faced by smallholder farmers.,Provide technical assistance and training to smallholder farmers on best agricultural practices and sustainable farming techniques.,Facilitate community empowerment initiatives to enhance the socio-economic status of local communities.,Monitor and evaluate the progress of agricultural projects and community development activities.,Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of agricultural development projects.,Promote and advocate for sustainable agricultural practices and policies at the local and national levels.,Build and maintain strong relationships with local farmers, community leaders, and other stakeholders.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Rural Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural development, community empowerment, or a related field.,Strong understanding of sustainable agricultural practices and community development principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with local agricultural practices and challenges in Sumatera Utara is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to remote areas.🛠️ Keahlian
