📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demand and maintain high levels of service.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and contribute to the overall success of the store.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Maintain a clean and attractive store environment that reflects the brand and enhances the shopping experience.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Collaborate with the regional and national management teams to ensure consistency in operations and standards.,Participate in store audits and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of service and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar retail environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions and complaints.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
