📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Assess and document patients' conditions, including symptoms, medical history, and treatment plans.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans tailored to each patient's needs.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical charts, reports, and documentation.,Monitor patients' progress and report any changes in their condition to the healthcare team.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, including injections, IVs, and other treatments.,Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during their time in the hospital.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and policies.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
