Overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Managing the financial performance of the company and identifying opportunities for improvement.,Leading and mentoring the finance team to achieve organizational goals.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategy and planning.,Analyzing financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.,Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and documentation.,Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.,Proven track record of achieving financial goals and driving profitability.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial laws and regulations is a plus.
