📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining office and field duties.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
