📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screening and evaluating job applicants to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Conducting initial interviews and coordinating with hiring managers for further assessments.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
• Providing feedback and guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process.
• Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborating with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and enhance the employee experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
